More reunion pics

I know I never finished posting about the family reunion in Cedar City. Here are a few random pictures from the trip. School started/ Last Cousin Party

Caden started 4th Grade this week ! Daniel and Cade waiting for school to start.

Last week as a end of year cousin party Jacob, Caden and two cousin's Devin and Tyler went to Knott's Berry Farm! Devin and Jacob are in the last car on Ghost rider.

Weaver Family Reunion Friday

This past weekend we traveled to Cedar City for an extended Weaver Family reunion. Since Colby, Karley and I left early Friday morning we took our time traveling to Utah. We had sent the boys up a day earlier to go fishing with their cousins. (I'll have to steal pictures from someone or the fishing trip.) With nothing we had to get to right away we decided to stop in Silver reif (just outside of St. George) since that area is were my great grandmother and her family grew up. After we toured around we got back in the car and drove to Cedar City were we meet at aunt Janet and Uncle Kimballs house for the Friday night Talent show. When we arrived at Aunt Janets house Trent started wresting with the nephews. That had to come to a quick end (see picture 3 for the reason why) so all the kids played pickle. Pickle with 20 kids running back and forth is pretty funny. I didn't get good pictures of the talent show. It started to get dark and with the house lights on in the back ground all I got were shadows and light spots. (I'll have to snag pictures of the talent show too.) We had paino playing, singing, break dancing, synchranized swimming, a speach and a little belly bumping.

Cypress 1st ward Eagle Scout Reunion

Last Saturday Colby had arranged for any of his old scout troop guys that were around to get together for a little reunion and story telling. Here are the guys who still live close enough to get together. front lt to rt: Matt Keller, Colby, Duke Garr, Jim Watkins, Brad McMarrow Back Row lt to rt: Dave Williams, Frank Doss, Tyson Weaver, and Ed Watkins Since Duke was doing funny poses for all the other pictures we thought we would get the rest of the guys in on it.

Can you believe all of these boys got ther Eagle Scout. You should have been there to hear stories about the things they did on all there "camp outs." It makes me wonder if I should send my boys on any scout camp outs.

Last week two fo my nephews came with us to Knott's Berry Farm. It was a little hot but we still had so much fun. One of my nephews is a little scared of fast rides so when he asked to go on this free fall ride (for kids) I was a little hesitent to say yes. Turns out he loved the ride but Karley did not (click on the pictures and take a closer look at Karley's face, even turned sideways you can tell she was not happy about this ride.) Drew's favortite Knott's ride. He called it the Dumbo ride (Disneyland fans know what that means.)

Happy 4th Of July

For the 4th of July we went to the Los Alamitos Base. They had so many activities and such a great firework show. Karley, Sienna and Uncle Randy riding the train. Colby trying out a m60. Doesn't he look hot!

There was a reinactment of WWII. It really makes you stop and think about all those who did and do serve our country now. FREEDOM ISN'T FREE!

Sleeping Beauty

Karley is trying desperatly to grow out of her nap time but lately I walk in the room around 3:00 in the afternoon to find this. This girl can sleep anywhere, and these photos prove it. Karley is asleep on the back of the couch she isn't even all the way up on the top. How can you sleep like this. This is from a few months back when we went to a stagecouch concert in Palm springs. She fell asleep on a bail of hay while Kevin Costner is singing in the background. How does a kid fall asleep in a noisey concert?
